  The customer service here at this Dunkin Donuts is horrible. Although there were only two customers in the store (one ordering and me standing behind him waiting my turn) and two employees in the store, it took an unreasonable amount of time for the employees to take my order. When the first customer finished ordering, the cashier went to prepare his order (included drinks and sandwiches). This led to me waiting for someone to take my order. I waited for a while, but the previous cashier was busy while the second employee was just mopping the floor, ignoring me. After a little while, the first employee asked the second employee to go take my order.
  
  After I ordered my iced coffee, I waited for my drink. The employee that took my order made my drink and brought to me a hot coffee. I told him that I ordered an ice coffee, and he was like, "you did?" he went back to check his computer and sure enough I was right. He then made me another drink.
  
  All of this took place a little bit after 11:00am on a Thursday.
  
  Terrible service. I would steer clear of this Dunkin donuts.
